The exact scope, details, and deliverables of each service will be confirmed in a written agreement or booking confirmation issued before the event date.
Bookings can be made through our website contact form, phone, WhatsApp, or in person at our office. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from our team along with a signed agreement.
All bookings are subject to availability. Submitting a quote request or inquiry does not guarantee availability for your preferred date.
A formal booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp once the deposit has been received and the service agreement has been signed by both parties.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking. Tareeq Al Khair is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
All prices are provided as custom quotations based on the specific requirements of your event. Prices may vary depending on the type of service, event size, location, and materials required.
A non-refundable deposit of the agreed percentage will be required to secure your booking. The exact deposit amount will be stated in your service agreement.
The remaining balance is due no later than the date specified in your service agreement. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of services.
We accept bank transfers, cash, and other payment methods as specified during the booking process. All payments must be made in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation. After this period, prices may be subject to revision. Once a booking is confirmed and a deposit is paid, the agreed price will be honored.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at info@tareeqalkhair.com. The following cancellation policy applies:

In the unlikely event that Tareeq Al Khair must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund of all amounts paid or an alternative date, subject to availability.
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made in writing at least 30 days before the original event date. One complimentary rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion. Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.
